If you only browse this website, we collect your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. If you contact us or book a consultation, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, city and whatever you choose to tell us about your goals.

Calculator Inputs: Inputs to our calculators are used only to display a result and are not linked to you unless you send them to us.

If you become a client, we collect what the law requires us to hold in order to onboard you and transact on your behalf, including your PAN, KYC documents and identity proofs, address, photograph and signature, bank account details, income range, tax residency and FATCA declarations, nominee details, risk-profile responses, and your folio, holding and transaction records.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to complete and maintain your KYC, to place and settle your mutual fund transactions under our ARN, to produce your statements and reports, to meet our anti-money-laundering and regulatory obligations, to keep you informed about your own account, and — only where you have agreed — to send you educational content and market notes.

We do not use your information for any purpose you were not told about, and we do not make decisions that significantly affect you by automated means alone.

We share your information only with those who need it in order to serve you:

• Regulators, Law Enforcement & IT VendorsOur IT, hosting and CRM vendors (under written contract requiring them to process your data only on our instructions); and SEBI, AMFI, FIU-IND, tax authorities, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it.

If Aurevia is ever party to a merger or a transfer of business, your information moves only so that you continue to be served, only under protections no weaker than those set out here, and we will tell you before it happens.

When a retention period ends, we erase the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

You may ask us what information we hold about you and whom we have shared it with, have it corrected or completed, ask us to erase what we no longer need and are not required to keep, withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Our services are intended for adults; where a parent or guardian invests on behalf of a minor, we process the child's information only for that folio, on the guardian's verifiable consent, and never for advertising or tracking.

We will post any update to this policy here with a new effective date, and where a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect and ask for your consent afresh where consent is what the change relies on.
